Beef Tapa


Beef Tapa is considered as one of the best Pinoy Breakfast. Served with coffee, fried rice and egg,
Delicious and easy to prepare.
There are some restaurants who serve TAPSILOG. Tapa, Sinangag and Itlog. Prices is from 40-50 pesos

Ingredients:


1 kilo beef sirloin (you can also use Beef lean, round/rump, sliced 1/4 inch thick).
2 Tablespoon salt
7 Tablespoon white sugar
2 Tablespoon fine-chopped garlic
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 Tablespoon white vinegar

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients.
Let stand for a few hours.
Store in the refrigerator for 24 hours or longer before storing in the freezer.
It’s best to marinate the beef overnight as the flavors seep in more.
Divide the 1 kilo marinated beef into separate plastic bags so you can just cook them per batch.

Tips: The finer the quality of the meat, the less tough the resulting tapa should be.
