Bakasi are small eels that are mostly found in the coral reefs of Cordova, Mactan Island, Cebu.
Before cooking, be sure to clean and put the bakasi into a fresh water. Make sure they die. Also, be ready for the cover of your pan because some of the eels might still alive and will jump out from the pan..
Bakasi - Paksiw Style
sautee ahos, kamatis, sibuyas bombay
ilunod ang mga limpyong bakasi into the pan and cover it for 2 minutes
add small water and later the salt, vetsin, pepper to taste.
Put patis and black beans and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy.
Bakasi - Larang Style
Pag-gisa ug luy-a, ahos, kamatis ug sibuyas bombay unya ang mga bakasi.
Dayon ang tubig (Depende sa imo gusto, pero mas maayo dili kaayo daghan ang tubig aron matagamtam ang lami) ug pabukala.
Butangi gamay nga suka, patis. Unya isunod ang vetsin ug asin.
